My Story

I am an ordinary person who loves to code. I have been coding for the past 9 years and I am currently working at Envestnet as a Senior Frontend Engineer. I started off making C++ console games in school and later on, I started making websites. I have a keen eye for design and was once ready to give up everything for cool, flashy websites. I started my professional journey as a Full-stack engineer and later switched to Frontend as I enjoyed it more.

I am a huge fan of tech and I closely follow it. I do a little bit of traveling and photography. I used to read a lot when I was younger, but now my main hobbies are web surfing and Netflix.

Senior Front-end Engineer

  • Currently building UI for Next Generation Proposal which belongs to Envestnet's core platform using react
  • Cleaned up and refactored existing codebase and brought down page load time as much as 500ms.
  • Ideated and built a chrome extension which saved 100s of hours of developer time
  • Part of a team that built an Annuity dashboard and became runners-up in an Internal hackathon. This was later adopted by Envestnet
  • Helped to setup a new team in US
